Two-Way Mirror Inspection and Return Policy
Our Policies
All orders from two-waymirrors.com (TWM.com) may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Email us and let us know what problem you have. We can only replace items with similar products or refund them within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Due to the fairly delicate nature of mirror finishes, we cannot accept mirrors that have been damaged due to mishandling or cleanings that result in damage to the reflective surfaces. Please see instructions that come with each mirror. Mirror frames will be replaced if found to be defective in workmanship for a period of 60 days from receipt. Any shipments you receive should be inspected at the time presented for delivery, and rejected or inspected with the courier if the package is apparently damaged.All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including instructions and frames (if purchased) with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests for mirrors only must be made within 7 days of the receipt date. Frame returns must receive an RMA within 60 days. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
TWM.com is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since TWM.com cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

TWM.com inspects all mirrors to be free from defective material and workmanship prior to shipment. .TWM.com agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective TWM.com mirror if returned to TWM.com within the 7 day period and accompanied by RMA number only. Please inspect all mirrors as soon as they are received. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. This warranty does not extend to any TWM.com products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect installation or to cleaning contrary to instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any mirror altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than TWM.com. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER.
